Since we started to manage our social media engagement, we have surpassed our competitors' followers: LinkedIn (1,394 followers), Facebook (368 followers), Twitter (434 followers), Pinterest (136 followers) and Instagram (372 followers). Because of this “social traffic” we introduced video as a new platform in order to add another level of dimensionality to our posts - expressing our individuality, creativity and showcasing our hard work.
HLB’s social media strategy was meant to enlighten our team members’ awareness of our social media efforts, promote employee engagement & interaction in order to help them educate themselves in order to give them the tools necessary to promote the company. It’s also a way of saying "Thank You" for contributing to HLB social media the past 2 years and for our marketing team to inform our talent that it has more in store for our ever-growing presence on the internet. Designed as a quad-fold, the professionally printed packet is filled with information from how many followers, who is following, short & long term goals, and how we plan on making our next best strides!
