Challenged to find a way to hyper-saturate our new KWRE brand-identity in the renewable energy market, we engineered a three-pronged approach to maximize tradeshow engagement, brand visibility and saturation, and lead generation!
1. Pre-Event Hype – KWRE promoted its presence on social media with posts one week before, the day before, and during/after events, ensuring attendees knew where to find us.
2. Eye-Catching Booth – Designed for impact, our booth featured bold graphics, branded furniture, high-quality enduring practical SWAG and a dynamic services highlight video, drawing in passersby.
3. Plinko: The Ultimate Engagement Tool – More than a game, Plinko was an interactive lead-generation powerhouse:
- “Pay to Play” – Attendees engaged with KWRE staff and scanned badges or traded business cards before dropping a puck.
- “Winning Conversations” – Leads were funneled into deeper discussions with technical experts.
- “Jackpot Outcomes” – This strategy resulted in securing 80% of KWRE’s revenue from tradeshow leads, more than tripling its revenue goal in its inaugural year.
KWRE’s tradeshow marketing strategy wasn’t just booth traffic—it was business traction. Through pre-event promotion, a high-impact booth, and Plinko-driven engagement, KWRE transformed conference interactions into lasting industry relationships.
