Creative Brief

A century built. A future envisioned. In 2023, MHTN Architects celebrated 100 years of architectural excellence—100 years of innovation, expertise, and impact. More than a milestone, this was an opportunity to reaffirm our legacy, engage industry partners and the community, and position ourselves for the next century.

The Centennial Promotional Campaign was a comprehensive, year-long initiative promoting our 100th-anniversary theme, “A Century of Design – Innovating for the Future,” across multiple platforms. The campaign included:

· A custom centennial brand identity with a 100-year logo and branded collateral.

· A multi-platform content strategy spanning print, digital, social media, and billboards.

· A visually rich studio exhibition showcasing a century of MHTN projects.

· A signature in-person celebration with clients and industry leaders.

· Custom keepsakes, including “Achieve-Mints” tins featuring illustrated legacy projects and packing cubes arranged in a “suitcase” complete with travel stickers of our iconic designs.

Maximizing engagment, we created animated storytelling graphics and strategically timed social media campaigns. Billboards amplified our message, reaching targeted locations, while print and digital outreach reinforced the promotional effort.

Results exceeded expectations:

· Social media reach surpassed our goals by 770%.

· Website traffic increased 35%, generating 27 new leads.

· The centennial event strengthened industry relationships, helping secure $2,798,595 in revenue from major municipal and K-12 projects.

Through a strategic blend of storytelling, digital engagement, and in-person engagement, this campaign strengthened MHTN’s industry influence and laid a strong foundation for future growth by securing two pivotal municipal projects with new clients.
