Are you ready to hear a thrilling adventure about the unsung heroes of the built world?
With the primary message of “Every Day is an Adventure”, the 2024 National Surveyors Week Campaign provided a “View of a Surveyor” by immersing audiences in the reality of these modern day explorers.
Through bold storytelling, social media engagement, and e-blasts, we invited followers to step into the boots of a surveyor. We took them from helicopters soaring over Death Valley to remote forests where section markers hadn’t been seen since the 1860s. Each post unraveled a new adventure, proving that surveying isn’t just a job—it’s an expedition into the unknown and necessary to build a strong project.
The campaign’s results surpassed expectations—in the month following the campaign we saw a 63% increase in proposals which led to a 400% increase in revenue. The e-blast achieved a 29.1% open rate, while the campaign garnered 18,630 views across social media. On the recruitment front, surveyor applications increased by 41%.
The campaign’s success proves that the message resonated. Surveyors aren’t just mapping land—they’re safeguarding projects, uncovering history, and shaping the future. More importantly, it inspired the next generation to trade in their office chairs for compasses and a career of adventure.
