Woolpert’s challenge at the 2016 Azteca Cityworks conference was to shed light on Woolpert’s unique approach and process relative to software implementation. Our “Embrace the Journey” campaign featured the following in-booth components:
- Custom 20’ by 20’ booth space
- Printed collateral
- Software demo station
- Live whiteboard sessions
- Lapel buttons and T-shirts
- Themed client presentations
- Looping video content
We also featured the live illustrations of Woolpert’s lead graphic designer Ben Blumensheid. While clients and prospect looked on, he created a visual representation of the asset management journey. Meanwhile, booth staff engaged passers-by in discussions about the evolution of the journey image.
The team produced several follow-up communications, including a final artwork reveal email campaign, website landing page and laminated trifold sales aid featuring the tradeshow “Journey” illustration.
