Creative Brief
Page 13 integrated print and online components to attract our audience to a unique holiday season offering. The Page 13 event offered an alternative to traditional holiday gifts and uninspired parties to provide a distinctive experience for top clients and subcontractors. Where the utter predictability of client gift baskets is often a waste of resources, the event created a unique opportunity to engage guests, leaving a distinctive impression.
We created hype and considerable buzz by being deliberately mysterious about the event. Using personalized invites, we maxed out attendance, engagement, and cultivated a sense of individualization and connection. Guests were not entirely sure what to expect until they arrived and experienced it for themselves. By obscuring the exact event details, PCL transformed curiosity into interest.
We also built trust when guests discovered the event exceeded any preconceived expectations. The immersive speakeasy-themed event aimed to intrigue, entertain, and offer a memorable escape to guests before the holidays. In a feat of event engineering, we coordinated guest arrivals to accommodate a limited venue capacity. Using a mysterious announcement, a book-themed brand, and immersive room experiences, PCL hosted an enticing and exclusive kickoff for the holiday season. Ultimately, we established Page 13 as an alternative to forgettable holiday gatherings or generic gifts and the event allowed us to benefit from the opportunity to connect with our clients outside of a conference room.
