Our holiday video communicated the essence of new beginnings while effectively aligning with our marketing objectives. Seamlessly blending a festive spirit with strategic messaging, it served as a platform to deepen client engagement, celebrate our merger with Ruby+Associates, and bolster our brand presence. Despite time and budget constraints, the video resonated with our audience, as evidenced by a combination of social media metrics and qualitative responses. This success was indicative of our firm's expansion, now boasting more than 300 employees across ten offices.
Strategically timed for maximum impact, the video arrived in inboxes post-holiday season yet prior to January 1st, serving as a fitting conclusion to our narrative. Subsequent to its distribution, we received an outpouring of positive feedback, with clients and associates expressing admiration for its creative elements, including the animation, voiceover, and storyline. The enthusiastic reception underscored the project's success, prompting commendation from both our Marketing and Leadership teams.
Following the video’s release, members of Degenkolb’s Business Development team received requests for two proposals and teaming opportunities. They included a restroom renovation with a targeted architecture partner at a client institution, and a medical office building design opportunity with another well-known client institution. Both requests were preceded by an email and a text thanking us for the charming video message. Being ‘top of mind’ is frequently one of our goals, and in this case, our clients noted that the video reminded them to reach out to our team before the end of the year.
