Creative Brief
Our entry deserves an award for meeting the goals that it set out to achieve and because it has been embraced and become beloved by its target audience: our staff members, firmwide.
In 2022, we decided to enhance our sense of belonging by creating an in-house produced yearbook. The yearbook embodies the post-pandemic endeavor to foster unity and community among our 200 team members spread across different states, all working a hybrid or remote schedule and some living out of driving distance of one of our offices. The goal was to document and celebrate our collective efforts, milestones, and community engagement throughout the year.
Led by our marketing team and supported by a newly created Yearbook Committee, the process ensured representation and inclusivity for all staff members. The yearbook captures project milestones, awards, internal promotions, REDI committee initiatives, volunteering endeavors, and company celebrations. The contents celebrate the story of our year, and the design is on brand while adding pops of color that enliven it for our audience.
The yearbook serves as a tangible representation of our collective achievements. Its creation documents our journey and strengthens bonds among team members despite physical distances. The collaborative approach ensured that every work group felt valued and seen, contributing to a sense of unity and belonging within our dispersed team. We plan to create a yearbook every year, chronicling the firm’s journey.
