Our marketing team is proud to present our pro bono work for the Hydro Foundation WC2 program, a groundbreaking initiative that aims to foster partnerships between universities and communities, facilitating collaboration and driving the development of the next generation of skilled professionals in the waterpower sector. In 2023, our Chief Growth Officer, Russ Sanford, FSMPS, CPSM crafted the concept for the WC2 Partnership while serving as an Advisory Board member with the Hydropower Foundation, a 501(c)3 non-profit. The Kleinschmidt marketing team volunteered our services to create their brand, brand guidelines, logo, social media toolkit, PowerPoint presentations, advertisements, marketing plan, articles, and flyers and helped with the website design and content. Our work reflects our passion for renewable energy and our commitment to supporting the development of the waterpower workforce through programs that provide future workers with knowledge and opportunities in the industry. Our work has been crucial to the WC2 program, enhancing its visibility, credibility, and appeal to students, faculty, and industry partners. It helped them hit the ground running and be able to immediately spread the word at industry conferences and other events to ensure success. We also believe this effort demonstrates our ability to deliver high-quality results for a worthy cause. The shortage of qualified workers in the hydro sector is a critical issue, and this program will have a positive impact for many years.
