Throughout a multiple-year effort, our Anser Advisory team positioned, prepared for, and executed an effective pursuit capture plan through a variety of business development and marketing activities for one of the largest contracts we have pursued as a firm to date, ultimately resulting in our selection for the contract with Los Angeles World Airports.

Our efforts ranged from multiple in-person and virtual client and stakeholder meetings (supported by materials that illustrated the team and our differentiators), team member outreach events (also supported by presentation materials), participation in industry events, and eventually the full proposal response and resulting interview. Each step of our pursuit capture process was methodically reinforced with thoughtfully curated materials to present and vet key team characteristics and contract intelligence with the client, influencers, and other stakeholder groups, enabling us to not only gain as much information as we could about the opportunity along the way but to also align our proposed staff, qualifications, teaming partners, and messaging into our proposal content and interview presentation.

Throughout our efforts, we were able to secure a well-rounded team of 30 sub-consultants who each complemented and fortified our overall offerings as the prime firm. Going beyond the typical scope requirements for a construction management contract for an aviation client, our team also addressed greater social and community considerations that the client was seeking to build into the program within our response, including individual and firm mentorship, K-12 and higher education mentorship programs, and talent development programs.
