Creative Brief

Turner’s 2022 Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) Impact Report shares our equity journey and demonstrates our commitment to pursuing data-informed actions and leading the industry through empathy and care. Turner’s progress towards our aspirational 2030 vision – to reflect the communities in which we live and build, and to achieve equitable representation at all levels of our company. This vision is driving our collective efforts and the report is a key tool to share our journey, hold us accountable, and inspire others to join with us. 

Central to the report is the sharing of demographic data, including year-over-year progress toward our representation goals – offering an unprecedented level of transparency in our industry. Through colorful, easy-to-interpret graphics, we are telling the story of our recruitment, retention, and staff development progress. The accompanying narrative offers realistic and objective summaries, highlighting specifically the areas in which we are working to improve. The narrative was purposefully succinct and less formal, to keep the content easily digestible and engaging.  

Ultimately, this journey is about our people; and the report reflects that focus. The compelling stories, the images, as well as the thoughts and ideas conveyed in the report are focused on our employees and leaders who are working tirelessly to spur meaningful change within the company and the industry. The images and bright colors are meant to evoke a dynamic approach to cultivating an environment where every individual feels valued, respected, and empowered to contribute their unique perspectives.
