Employee Adoption – Employees made the transition to using the new logo and materials seamlessly.
Client Response – The positive comments began on the first day of APWA in October when our clients first saw our new logo—Perteet was the platinum sponsor. These comments were later echoed during debrief conversations with clients telling us how easy to read our proposal was and how clean and professional our graphics were.
Represents us now and allows us to grow – As we look toward the future, our new logo, look, and language allows us the flexibility to enter new markets and expand our offering in the future.
Met our schedule and budget goals – We stuck to our budget by limiting the number of pages in our proposal template (and carrying their design through ourselves) and by doing some of the website update work ourselves with guidance from the design firm.
Consistent experience – Our brand provides a consistent experience for our audience whether they are reading a report from us, seeing a presentation, or visiting our website.
Higher engagement – Our visits to the website (up 32%), and even our own employees requesting new company-branded materials, has dramatically increased.
