Creative Brief
We celebrated a decade of business and launched an anniversary campaign, celebrating this important milestone and the employees who made it happen. Part of the campaign included a video, but unlike traditional anniversary videos that showcase the firm accomplishments and talking heads, we surprised everyone in a fun way. The internal and external video spotlighted the people who matter the most, family.
We asked our employees to bring their kids to work, so we could ask them “What does your mom or dad do at Truebeck?” We knew that question would generate some very candid and funny responses – honesty through the mouths of babes. Adorable ones at that. One of the most delightful things is connecting with our kids, and this video candidly shows what amazing ideas and imaginative duties they think we are responsible for in the construction world. We believed this topic was easily relatable and would be interesting to anyone in the industry, it defied marketing sales and instead humanized our brand. This video represents a guiding principle of our marketing efforts – to be unpredictable and authentic.
