Creative Brief
The 35th Anniversary Special Event Campaign was crafted to honor our company's legacy, celebrate our employees and express gratitude to our clients. Through a series of carefully curated tactics, including the creation of a branded merchandise store, we aimed to foster a sense of pride and belonging among our employees while inviting clients to join us in celebration.
At the heart of the campaign was a video which captured the voices and memories of nearly 50 individuals across our company's history. This video had both internal and external versions, the latter is public and still garners views. Our internal video served as an effective tool to celebrate our accomplishments as well as continue the legacy for new hires, further enhancing our unity and identity as a company. In addition, we celebrated milestones, showcased projects, highlighted employee achievements and demonstrated our dedication to education and community outreach through 35 days of engaging content across all our social media platforms (LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, X and Facebook) leading up to our anniversary date.
The campaign seamlessly integrated with existing company meetings and events, ensuring widespread participation and impact. With a special anniversary logo uniting all campaign materials, our anniversary campaign captured the essence of our culture and left a lasting impression on internal and external audiences.
