Creative Brief
In crafting our proposal for the Camp Randall Sports Center Replacement Project, we infused it with a deep commitment to excellence and respect for tradition. Our approach, aimed to stand distinctly above the competition, was rooted in our proven track record of success and dedication to stakeholders.
Our proposal was tailored to resonate with the Wisconsin Badger brand. Adopting a sports-centric theme, we transformed resumes into dynamic football athlete profiles, utilizing AI to generate full-body images from headshots. This innovative approach showcased our resourcefulness.
In this digital era, we chose to make a tangible impact by delivering printed copies of our proposal. These were not just any prints; they were encased in custom-designed boxes that perfectly mirrored the theme, creating a unified and visually striking package.
A feature of our proposal was an engaging video celebrating our previous collaboration at Camp Randall—the South End Zone renovation—a few years earlier. This audiovisual transcended construction expertise into a narrative of shared vision, teamwork, and the project's transformative impact.
Following the interview, we provided each panel member with a video brochure, and this video immediately played on the screen inside upon opening.
In preparation for the interview, we compiled a mini booklet with detailed answers to the panel’s extensive questions, designed to fit neatly within the video brochure.
We also presented a detailed 3D model during our interview to address the project's complexities. Constructed from wood, plastic, and acrylic, this model helped demonstrate our approach to space planning.
