Creative Brief
JP Cullen's exhibit at the Wisconsin State Education Convention masterfully combined showcasing our construction expertise with engaging educational stakeholders through a unique, cost-effective setup to network with current and potential clients. Our booth, centered around a mini-golf game with a sledgehammer putter, was not just an attraction; it was a conversation starter, highlighting our innovative approach to the K12 market.
This interactive element, alongside a TV display of our current projects, allowed us to demonstrate our capabilities and how we support our clients in a memorable way. Achieving visual impact and brand consistency, the booth featured an employee-focused backdrop, branded giveaways like golf ball ChapSticks and tees, and an upside-down hard hat for business card drops, offering tech ed tools as prizes. This setup ensured we stood out, facilitated meaningful conversations, and showcased our latest work in an engaging manner.
The results were tangible: 200 visitors, 42 connections, 5 project leads, and enhanced interactions with 30 current clients. Our social media presence also saw a significant boost, with thousands of impressions across platforms. By meeting our objectives of attracting a diverse audience, gathering leads, and boosting social media interactions—all while maintaining cost-effectiveness—we reinforced our brand's presence and commitment to the education and construction industries—leading to future construction projects.
