Creative Brief
In 2022, Consor brought together nine different brands under a single banner, completed an immense brand refresh, and has since continued to grow. As part of the rebranding process, we established a new set of core values that better reflect our firm. Our renewed brand is founded on three fundamental behaviors that we demonstrate daily:
- Integrity — Taking care of each other unites us.
- Grit — Determination drives us forward.
- Collaboration — Every drop makes an impact.
With such rapid growth, eliciting buy-in and generating enthusiasm around our newly established core values was crucial. Through these shared values, we aimed to inspire a sense of representation and belonging for each employee. To address this, we developed the Core Values Awards.
Inspired by predecessor award programs, these awards acknowledge 12 outstanding individuals who exemplify our firm’s values. In each designated region (East, Central, Mountain, and West), there is a winner for every core value. Nominators use JotForm to submit entries explaining why their nominee deserves to win, their region, and the core value they embody. Win or lose—we notify recipients and their supervisors of their recognition via email. To ensure a diverse range of perspectives and representation from various service lines, tenures, and offices, Consor Regional Leads form their own committee to select winners.
Our goal is to create a culture that values achievements and ensures all nominees feel appreciated to know that in the pursuit of excellence, they embodied integrity, demonstrated grit, and fostered collaboration to reach new heights.
