Creative Brief
At TTL, we champion innovative ideas that propel us forward. When reevaluating our internal newsletter, we recognized our team’s need for more information beyond recent project wins and brief company updates. They needed a publication that could be a resource to them. In response to the evolving digital landscape and the expansion of our team, we transitioned from a three-page email-based PDF to a 14-page interactive document in Issuu.
By rebranding to an accessible and larger publication, we communicated more stories and tips to our team through articles and videos. Each issue featured a letter from our CEO, a community outreach piece focusing on our “Driven to Serve” company motto, and updates from our 14 offices highlighting the TTL culture. In essence, The Talk Line serves as a vital connective thread across our four regions, fostering unity and communication within our dynamic company.
The transition to Issuu represented a strategic move towards a more modern, engaging, and sustainable communication strategy while fostering a sense of community and connection among our team members.
