Erdman Anthony is an employee-owned engineering consulting firm with a nearly 70 year history of providing multidisciplinary engineering services for public and private clients in seven states along the East Coast. Although the firm has a strong online presence, prior to this initiative there was little CEO presence on the company's website. The marketing team decided to develop a Brand Video that features Curt Helman, Erdman Anthony President and CEO, and illustrates the firm's tagline, "The Community that Builds Communities". An iconic bridge that was designed by Erdman Anthony in Rochester, New York, where the firm was founded, was chosen as a backdrop. The Brand Video highlights the firm's passion for building stronger, healthier communities by designing effective solutions for the built environment while respecting the natural environment.
The Brand Video provided a launching pad for a variety of marketing tactics, including a refreshed website Homepage, social media sharing across multiple platforms, a digital email campaign, and an internal communications campaign. Erdman Anthony's ethos was crystallized in the new Brand Video and it was received well by both external and internal audiences. The Brand Video piqued the interest of clients and prospective clients, while reinforcing a sense of pride among employees.
