Creative Brief
The RO Marketing team is constantly searching for ways to touch base with current, future and past clients in order to stay top-of-mind and relevant in the Texas construction industry. Previously, RO released Year in Review newsletters that were geared towards an internal audience. The team strategized on creating a newsletter geared towards an external audience, showcasing the impressive work RO had completed in 2021.
The team decided on a digital delivery method, and worked to release the newsletter before the end of 2021. Included in the newsletter was a message from the CEO, thanking our valued clients for their continued partnerships. Key projects were highlighted from each of RO’s regions, displaying the different areas and sectors RO builds in. The team also brainstormed a clever way to call out the volume of work RO completed in 2021. This was accomplished through comparing RO’s overall project square footage to the length of football fields, the total height of its projects when compared to the Bank of Americas building in Dallas, and more. Finally, RO spotlighted its new Chief Innovation Officer, Todd Wynne, to build excitement for what is to come in 2022 and beyond.
The team released the newsletter on-time in December, and received great feedback from clients. Many RO employees got calls from clients stating they enjoyed seeing the various projects RO had worked on. It served as a great touch point between RO and its valued clients, while also reminding them of the various, high-quality work RO does.
