In less than a year, CPL's "Huddle" intranet has blown past benchmarks for employee engagement. We have 100% visibility on our content, 50-70% of our team of 450+ engaging daily and 98% accessing it for pathways to content they need to do their jobs. While many organizations spend years trying to get engagement on their employee platforms, we have 80% of our employees accessing ours weekly and 40% of them have created content in the past year. Our implementation team's successful launch pulled out all the stops:
A launch "hype" team visited every office (19 in total) in person to roll out the platform, engage every team member and show all employees how the system worked.
A cross-functional team representing leadership, every practice and each department dedicated to creating and sharing content regularly.
Team members from across the organization very quickly started sharing personal and professional content that engaged their colleagues.
