As an employee-owned company our leadership is always encouraging us to train our replacements. At first some might find that odd, why would we want to train people behind us to take our positions? The answer is simple, because as we grow our employees are offered more and more opportunities for growth.

This MMC Corp University training catalog, developed with our Talent department, houses all trainings offered by our corporate services in every department. So whether you need a crash course on contract review or you need to brush up on your customer service there is a class for you. 
Each section of the catalog is designed to correlate with the subject matter. For example, the safety section is graphically represented with diagonal stripes and the new employee section features a pattern that correlates to the waves they will make in the organization with new ideas. These are just a few examples of the strategy behind the visual look and feel of the piece.

Testimonials were also included from people who had previously attended the courses to give a brief look into why someone would find the information valuable. If a course interests an employee they simply need to request to take it from their manager. The trainer from the MMC Corp office then determines if there is enough interest at the location to train 20+ people. At that point it is scheduled and continued education persists to train each and every one of our replacements.
