McKim & Creed is an employee-owned firm, fostering an entrepreneurial atmosphere that empowers every employee to reach beyond usual expectations toward incredible achievements. The leaders of the firm are honest and transparent and share the financial stability and health of the firm with their employees on an annual basis.

Historically, the communication of financial information was distributed to employees through a formal “shareholders letter”. However, the CommTeam recognized there was a unique opportunity to expand this letter and create an annual report which celebrated its employees and THEIR accomplishments, as well as operational performance in a beautifully printed annual report. This report is printed annually and distributed to all 22 offices for each employee.

The success of the annual report campaign exceeded the CommTeam’s expectations. Through employee surveys, we discovered that this report fostered a sense of community and pride amongst employees. The report gives me the chance to see the accomplishments we’ve achieved over the past year, highlight the great work we provide our clients and showcases the innovative technology we employ to successfully complete our projects. In addition to creating pride amongst our employees, the annual report was also the deciding factor in several employee’s decision to join our firm as well as purchase company stock!
