Creative Brief
In the ever-competitive K-12 market in our region, we find that the trend of interviews with minimal to no presentation time and a mostly Question & Answer (Q&A) format makes preparation challenging. How do we prepare our team to cover 30-40 minutes of Q&A with enough material and visuals to keep things engaging, while maintaining a nimble approach that just is not feasible when navigating through a bulky slide deck? In response to these challenges we conceptualized an 11x17 book which covers a wide range of experience and presentation material and also serves as our leavebehind. Completely customizable depending on our knowledge of the client and their hot button issues, our goal was to develop an interview solution that would also help us to stand out amid the high level of competition in the K-12 market.
The result of extensive collaboration between the K-12 Market Lead, our Marketing Lead and our in-house Graphics Team, vibrant colors and typography align with our brand standards and appeal to the K-12 audience, and a custom surfboard bookmark serves as a nod to the client’s beachside location. A quick scan of one of the QR codes included in the book allows the interview panel to view design options and similar projects in 3D using their phones during or after the interview, while demonstrating, in real-time, the types of design communication tools you will use when working with Lionakis.
