In January 2015, MGAC’s new Brand + Culture team was presented with one central challenge, to make the outside representation of our brand reflect the passion, purpose, and quality that our clients and employees experience every day on-site and in-office. No single component of the company’s corporate rebrand has had a bigger impact in achieving this goal than the launch of the new MGAC.com.
A fifteen-month collaboration between the B+C team, corporate leadership, operational teams, and our partners at Blue Ion has achieved more than just a beautiful and functional website. It has provided the company, which celebrated 20 years in 2016, with a shared visual and verbal language, cultural rallying cry, strategic focus, and foundation on which to build for the next 20.
The site has closed the delta between MGAC’s internal language and external marketing by using accepted in-house vernacular as inspiration for core message development, and demonstrating the same level of commitment to “getting it right” that our PMs bring to clients every day – respectfully prioritizing quality over schedule and budget when necessary.
The result is a site that exceeds established goals, functioning as a strategic marketing tool, highlighting core differentiators and value propositions, and averaging more than 30% increases in number of sessions, users, and organic search referrals over the previous year. Additionally, original content development and a renewed focus on social media continue to drive month-to-month growth that supports MGAC’s overall strategic goals – delivering our own Mission Made Real in the process.
