The Dunn Well newsletter is a representation of JE Dunn’s commitment to making a positive difference in the health of our employees and their families and creating an environment that encourages employees to be active in the communities in which they live and work. The original newsletter was outdated and did not meet JE Dunn branding guidelines, as it was not created by the marketing department. The re-design contains JE Dunn’s color palette, fonts, and consistent voice. We used in-house expertise to create a sophisticated design with impeccable content and high-quality photographs.
Collaboration among design, communication, and benefits teams was crucial in ensuring the project successfully met our goals of informing the target audience while also motivating them to participate in our health programs. The photography represents learning opportunities in positive, friendly settings. There is an inviting, professional tone throughout, with easy-to-read content in a layout that is ideal for quick reference.
The final product is versatile and used by various JE Dunn departments, including talent acquisition, learning and development, and business development. Results have proven successful as we see increased utilization by employees and dependents at JE Dunn. We also received Healthiest Employer in Kansas City and we feel like this publication helped us achieve that.
