We’ve gotten our employees on board. One of our biggest successes is the education we’ve provided for employees. From the new hire orientation process to our social media “cheat sheets” to the party to launch our blog, our employees have gotten on board with our social media efforts. They now send pictures to post without being prompted, write blogs and are generally more aware and engaged with our social media.
It’s not all about us. We are proud of our reputation of supporting our communities through sponsorships and volunteerism, and we use social media to reinforce this tradition. We share information about local events, tips on sustainability, and news from our mission-based clients as well as promote the positive things happening in our communities.
We’ve done our homework. Our social media plan is an extensive compilation of research and thoughtful planning to showcase Lawrence Group’s brand. We have set realistic goals and made efforts to refine our strategy based on results. Our efforts are focused and strategic to achieve the biggest impact from most efficient resources.
