The team was able to design a streamlined and beautiful SF330 technical submission conveying detailed information while integrating the theme and spirit of horse racing throughout.
Our team leaned into supporting small business goals supporting businesses throughout Baltimore attending networking workshops and community events to engage new firms on our team. For the pursuit, we included 30 consultants, showing 104 technical professionals,
In addition to the pursuit, we carried on to the shortlist preparing an extensive interview which included an in-depth presentation featuring 11 speakers from across five separate firms all coordinated in interview preparation by our joint in-house marketing team.
The interview featured key items to help win the job:
- a promotional video showcasing renderings and music, developed alongside the design team
- a microsite digital leave behind for clients to view post interview allowing them to meet the team, review client testimonials, understand our commitment to minority business goals, view our community empowerment plan and view links to our presentation and interview.
Our firms crossed the finish line together.
