Founded in 2014, CORE started out as a trusted civil engineer for land development projects. Over the years, the firm added additional services and markets and differentiated through a unique and employee-focused culture with multiple “Best Places to Work” awards from national and local media outlets. In 2019, CORE launched a brand refresh to better represent our markets, services, and employee-focused culture. Primary goals included:

The rebrand included multiple elements:
New logo emphasizing the E - “employee-centered”
New website domain transition from corecivil.com to liveyourcore.com
New photography featuring people, culture, and projects
Client gifts of a CORE YETI mug with rebrand announcement
Employee swag name-brand apparel to help show off the brand
Updated brand package including logo; website; brand guide; proposal templates; resumes; market/service/project sheets; letterhead/envelopes; business cards; notecard/notepads; contracts; social media graphics.
The rebrand was resoundingly successful in achieving our primary goals with positive feedback from clients, employees, and recruits. CORE increased website page views by 60%, social media following by 65%, and had direct touch points with 80 priority clients. The campaign, combined with focused business development efforts, resulted in a 25% sales increase over 2020 including nearly $1,000,000 in new sales.
