Creative Brief
Starting in 2019, we set out to become thought leaders in the engineering industry through blog posts, which we cross posted onto social media. What we found surprised us; not only did our hard work quickly pay off, but we found that the process of topic discovery, the conversations with our coworkers, and the satisfaction of posting unique content on a schedule increased the enjoyment of our work and improved our productivity.
2021 was a hallmark year for us; we published 32 blog posts and interviewed employees, clients, and partners at least 90 times in the process. How do we know that number? We set out with a goal to, with few exceptions, never write a piece unless we talk to an expert on our team about the topic. On average, we talk to 3 of our teammates to write just one article. What have we found? SEO ranking, engagement, and all the other hallmarks you measure content by are a byproduct of the way we hold our writing accountable. Perhaps even more important than those metrics are the incredible changes in how we view our work here at the firm. Pride and morale are at an all-time high.
