To demonstrate its market-specific expertise, Fentress needed a new website showcasing key projects and statistics on an industry by industry basis.
The redesigned site includes 11 Market Landing Pages detailing the firm’s expertise in specific industries. Each page includes customized messaging, statistics, and calls to action that support the firm’s specialized experience — whether in Aviation, Civic & Courts, Commercial, Convention Centers, or otherwise. Below this introductory section, Market Pages pull in thumbnail images and links for all projects related to that market.
Individual Project Pages combine stunning photography, easy-to-digest statistics, and behind-the-scenes process images to tell a deeper story about the work.
The Design Philosophy page demonstrates Fentress’ unique and process-driven approach to public architecture. The firm’s eight Touchstones of Design — or brand promises — are each paired with videos illustrating how that approach plays out in the day-to-day work, and in the spaces Fentress creates.
The People Page links to bios for the firm’s leadership. Each Individual Bio Page includes pull quotes and a variety of photos to add texture and bring life to key members of the team.
Built in Drupal, the site can be customized on a page-by-page basis, applying video or still images and different photo orientations and sizes as needed. The site was designed with the flexibility to fit the firm’s existing portfolio photography, whether tall shots of skyscrapers, wide airport images, or full-bleed diagrams.
