Fresh off our yearlong 50th Anniversary celebration in 2014, all we had to do was look to competitors to see that we were in need of a brand refresh. Our look and messaging never evolved with our company. Our website was 10 years old, but in today’s tech era, that might as well have been decades. Our logo consisted of older styled font and drab colors. No two people used the same language to describe who we were as a company.
We set out on an aggressive brand awareness campaign to remedy these issues.
Through a series of client interviews, brand discovery exercises, and a multi-month website project, we developed a series of supporting digital and print pieces that explained to existing clients, facility managers, project managers, and team members, the side of BRPH that no one ever got to know. The modern AE company that has a modern look to match our decades of cutting edge experience.
Our results were profound. 85% increase in video views, 217% more website traffic, 36% email open rate, and 41 direct emails for more information. An awareness campaign is about setting the stage for future sales. 2015 turned out to be a record breaking year. Our initial investment turned into the creation of $25 million more in revenue in 2015 versus 2014. The success from the campaign foundation continues to turn interested companies into trusted clients.
