It complements CDM Smith’s existing master marketing database, offering a one-stop-shop user experience for sales and marketing staff pursuing targeted, strategic business opportunities. It exposes internal- and external-facing resources that have been sourced, evaluated and rated as our very best. Ongoing firmwide collaboration assures that the site’s content is relevant, and that sales and marketing are aligned to more effectively communicate with our clients.
Facing a tight schedule, our in-house development team planned and designed an interface that scaled up to meet the ambitious needs of our growing marketing campaign initiatives. As a result, our business development staff now have a destination that streamlines discovery of information and empowers them to be content marketers. Whether seeking past proposals, thought leadership articles or brochures, staff can narrow their search according to a variety of filtering options to get what they need quickly. The response since the website launched in 2015 have been universally positive, with an upward, increasing trend in engagement and traffic.
