As an employee-owned firm, transparency and communication is at our core. When our CEO joined our firm in 2015, he outlined a 5-year strategic plan to grow our employee-owned firm and lead us from ‘good to great’. After experiencing unprecedented growth over the last five years ($50 million to $100 million), it was time, once again, to chart a path for our firm’s next five years with the 2025 Strategic Plan.
To ensure this plan was understood and embraced by all employee-owners, the CommTeam developed the strategic plan content, designed hard-copy and digital versions, and launched the internal marketing/communication plan to ensure the plan would reach all 600 employees throughout our 23 offices in 7 states. Since 260 (43%) of the company are field staff, all elements of the plan had to be accessible to employees anytime and anyplace.

The campaign was so successful in communicating the growth plan that 50 employee-owners were confident enough in the future of our company to purchase $1,200,000 in employee stock.
