Creative Brief
In an effort to increase our presence and procure potential work in 4 strategically identified vertical markets, Hensel Phelps' marketing team developed a set of four coordinated company brochures. Targeted toward potential new clients who may not be familiar with our company and/or previous project portfolio, each brochure begins with a common introduction highlighting the company's background and relevant history. Each then continues with statistics, unique experience, and previous projects relevant to the specific vertical market being featured. The brochures are coordinated to work well together, and serve to strengthen the firm's brand standards, reflecting a common theme across all platforms, including our new website should the client choose to follow up there for further information.
The four brochures developed for the following markets: Healthcare (featured in our submission), Parking Garages, Higher Education, and Aviation feature colorful, full-page images to draw the audience in and keep them turning the pages to find out more. Descriptions are brief, providing pertinent details to be received by a wide range of audiences, with the focus on undeniable statistics and stunning project images.
The brochures are meant to serve as an introduction and leave-behind for new potential clients. Meant to be a ready-to-go piece that can be easily taken to an impromptu client engagement, as well as to be easily customized to a specific client when time permits, these targeted brochures have been an important and successful addition to Hensel Phelps' strategic marketing plan.
